Growing up in India, there were so many food options. But our favorite was Egg Night. By eggs, we don’t mean your ordinary omelette or scrambled eggs. Anyone can scramble an egg or cook up an omelette but to add the right seasonings takes skill. And that’s what we have perfected. That’s what inspired us to bring Indian style eggs to America. We might be Egg Holics but our love and skills have brought a twist to Indian street food not seen around America. We offer a wide variety of Indian street food that tastes just like the lahris (Street Cart) found back in India. Whether you are looking for eggs cooked in different forms with yummy gravies, a variety of sandwiches, flavorful rice, or chaat, we’ve got it!
